Software for creating animated textures?

Someone please help me out here, I need a program that can take multiple images and combine them into an 'animation strip' for use as an animated texture. I tried finding ways to do it manually but none of the programs on my PC allow me to edit images in the way I need. I'm sure there has to be programs to do this, something along the lines of ImagePacker only for single animation sequences...

With respect to game development at least. Stock tips on the other hand, for that you probably want to ask elsewhere. Advice on meeting women, that's another one.

Meeting women is easy. Just go to any mall. It's infested with them.

You meet women at a mall? That strikes me as a particularly bad place to be looking. Unless you're looking for teenagers I suppose. See, now this is why I said that's a question you'd want to ask somewhere else.
