Wow Filax! That level looks beautiful! Tres bein! IPete2. |

sure it looks great! I have a question thou: I tried the beta version and: 1) my scene consists of an office scene and has a window, and outside that window a bitmap should be displayed: but it looks like this in gile: and in blitz looks like this: any ideas how to display that map outside? It has an own surface and is loaded from a separate bitmap file. |

Hi Pimpster, Pretty :) Have you tried checking the texture flags etc.? Otherwise, it could look like your uv coordinates aren't loaded... |
| ||
mind not spamming other threads please pimpster? |

Rob, sorry about this, I wrote the original article here actually, and I thought "maybe I should put it in the forum?!".. .. |

Fredborg, dude how can I check what's wrong?! As you see in Gile[s] the bg(background) surface has a texture on it. It is not displayed properly though. I've tried all flags on/off on the texture flags and it doesn't help. Also maybe a bug but using the texture maps and effects several times makes the program (Gile[s]) dot display the scene properly.. |

Please send me the scene - giles@... - and I will take a look! |

I sorted it out!! check it here: Projection has to be UV(was planar before), UV map has to be there (created by you) and image properly. I am buying Gile[s] dude! |

If this is the .LWO importer in Giles, then that's perfectly true! The only mapping type that is supported is UVs, in whatever configuration it comes. I was meaning to ask if you were importing the .LWO files directly. |

I am just happy we sorted it out.. |
