I am looking for a good free .wav file editor. Does somebody have a few tips for me?

Thanks in advance!

"Goldwave" is old but still pretty good.

Audacity is pretty good but cannot resample sounds to different bit depths and data frequency. I would recommend also grabbing Encounter2000, another free wav editor.
