| I noticed that Aseprite is now out on steam. It had been on greenlight for a while. It is cheap, 15 euro. I like steam software becourse the buying/installation/updates are so simple. Aseprite is from what I have seen a good editor for sprites and animations. |

| I think it is an excellent "nuts and bolts" animation tool. I was tossing up "should I purchase?" and realised the price was no more than a couple of beers, so I quit being a tightwad and ponied up. Perfect for 2d game animations, tutorials on youtube, but the process is so sensibly arranged in the interface, its a no-brainer making little animations... so I agree with Pakz :) |
