It appears as though your dll looks for a visual C++ 7 file which i do not have installed on my computer. Is there a way to use this userlib without it? I know this from this error:

Hmm... that is odd... I just redownloaded it and it seems to work fine... Maybe it is due to the fact that I was attempting to run the DLL on a Windows 98 machine. I just got my XP back from the shop (got a gig of ram now!) and am currently testing the DLL on the XP. Ill post again if the error pops up more.
