Well, b+ requires the Windows operating system to run doesn't it? So what do you think?

It could be possible in BlitzMax, as you can even make .dll it may be possible to call GCC in a way to make operating systems like in C++.

Make it in QBas.. eh.. I mean Assembler/C ;)
