Yo! I was browsing the blitz code archives and came accross this page: http://www.blitzbasic.com/codearcs/codearcs.php?code=1012 Drag & drop icons onto blitz runtime window (Updated) by electronin, but the code is no longer available for download (even though code has been declared by its author to be Public Domain code) and theirs a little message at the top of the page. 'I am no longer helping the blitz community'.
