Pushing windows down

| I've written a ticker type of thing, where the top 20 pixels of the desktop has been replaced by a ticker. But if I maximise a window, the min/max/close buttons are hidden underneath the program. Does anyone know of a command using a dll to squash the desktop down 20 pixels, so when a user maximised a window, it maximises to the entire screen bar the top 20 pixels. anyone? |
