Hi folks I came across this earlier today which was apparently done in Blitz Plus. More info at www.towerbyte.com regards |

Small download? Suggests its not BlitzPlus. :) Shame there isn't a sample of it working. :/ |

Once zipped (or exe-compressed), a 400K download is perfectly feasible for a Plus program... but what suggests this was done in Blitz? |

OK, to put the skeptics minds at rest.... I designed it over a period of about 18 months (on & off). And yes, it was done entirely in Blitz Plus. I'm working on a downloadable demo as we speak that should be available soon. Sorry for the plug, but I just wanted some sort of response to this new venture. I welcome any feedback regarding my web site etc. Regards |

OK... it does look very slick and professional, but you might wanna sort this: Towerbyte Computer Systems are designers of specialest* software *specialist! It's one of those clever but simple ideas (usually the best kind). If I were to be brutally honest, I personally wouldn't download a separate program to buy from a company, but I guess I'm probably not part of the target market anyway. I'd change '64 character' to '64-bit', as I think people are used to hearing about x-bit encryption, even if they don't know what it is. Most web browsers go in for 128-bit these days though -- might need to be bumped up...? Oh, and you need some screenshots! |

Thanks for those kind words James and thanks for taking the time to look at it. I am using a '64-character public key' to encrypt the data so really it would equate to (64*7)=448. So I suppose it would be 448 bit encryption. (I use ASCII 0-127) Ooop! You are quite right about the spelling mistake. I'll put that right at once. Thanks |

If you made it yourself why do u say this has been 'apparently done in Blitz Plus'? You know it for sure!! |

Sorry Jedive, it was just a plug to get some response. No harm done I hope. Regards |
