1) Is there a way to create a window that always stays on-top of everything and if you click the main window of the application you hear that "dung!" sound and the on-top window flashes?

2) Is there a way to create a READONLY textarea?

Ok, I dont know at all. However the questions might be a MaxGui questions (Which I think is the same for B+ and Bmax), so possibly you could post the question in the Bmax boards, linking to here.
You just might get more responce that way. And also, name the thread something sencable like "Stay on top window and Readonly textarea"
