Um... LD, sorry to state the obvious, but... Blitz comes with a manual pre-installed. Unless of course you're using the demo version, in which case the online manuals are all you've got, no downloads available. Sorry. T_T

the "manual pre-installed" is not updated, miss some functions and had some bad functions description... :(

Hi, Well there is a long time useless Blitz. My manuel V.39 is not same B+ V.44. It's a problem or not ?

Shouldn't be. I use B3D V1.98, but the manuals are only V1.88. Usually, however, this really isn't a problem. As for bad descriptions of certain commands, if you need help with any of that, just remember that the Blitz community is always here to help. I'm here every two days or so on average, and I'm always happy to help out!

At the bottom of the main forums page is a copy of the manual. You could do a ton of copy and paste or save page as...about 10 times.
