I have a topic on BC, but no luck. I cant get a my game to detect a colusion of a bullet and an astroid. However, I am using types. Bullets are triggered and rocks are comming at random.... Please see my topic on BC(I hope that isn't against any rules) |

Sorry, my response was in reference to 3D collisions. Since this is the BlitzPLUS forum, it was probably my mistake. I am assuming your problem is in detecting collisions between images, correct? You should post some code. |

It's fine dudes. Basically my game collision is working fine, brill in fact. I was writing it just as I read the post and thought "Oh, no. It won't work due to some bug or something". But actually, as it was a red herring I am pleased to report that the code is AOK, thanks. The game is a kung fu platformer, old style. I'll post a demo soon. It's still really primative but has a great arcade feel. see you changed from holes to battles now (tag line), Wolron. |
