| http://www.cs.uu.nl/people/markov/gmaker/download.html GameMaker does that. the lite product is a free still (i think). you add a sprite, load it in as an animated GIF, and then Save it as a strip. Its nor much good for making Gifs though as they export unlooped. Not that id ever consider using GM for making games. |
