Now that I have a record in the database, can I register another program like BlitzPlus also? Would I need to create another record just for that?

Not sure what exactly you're asking about, but... If you're talking about this forum: you can register multiple products (blitzplus, Blitz3D, blitzmax) all to the same login account.
