Function not working

I created a function for downloading jpg images, and it works when I run the code, but the compiled version gives me the 'Could Not Connect To Get Image' error I programmed in, which means it's having trouble connecting. Any ideas as to why this function isn't functional?

The compiled version works for me in blitz3d, but i had to remove the "Notify" command, because blitz3d doesn't support it.
