BLide is not working

I just installed the latest version of BLide Plus IDE for BlitzMax but it will not run at all but instead i get an error message that says "the application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.". What does this mean? Is there something i didn't install? What are the system requirements?

Nevermind this. It is definitely a .NET framework problem. I forgot to install that. please ignore this post!
