Can BlitzMax compile to a .dll? 64 bit?

I am looking at a platform to write vst/vsti files (.dll's that run in a music sequencer). I already own BlitzMax, but cannot tell if it can compile to .dll files as well as executeables. Can it? Can BlitzMax write 64 bit executeables or only 32 bit? Thanks for your answers. Mike

BlitzMax can create DLLs, but both the libraries and the executables are limited to 32-bit.
