Detect Mouse Click?

I am trying to detect mouse clicks in Windows or other applications. I can get/set the position of the mouse cursor and perform clicks by using psh.mod. I found this: http://www.blitzbasic.com/Community/posts.php?topic=82952#936006 What is bbvkey.bmx and where can I get it?
