Leadwerks BMax tutorials - excitement overload
BlitzMax Forums/BlitzMax Programming/Leadwerks BMax tutorials - excitement overload

Tutorials 1-5: Test, Lights, Camera, Meshes, Bodies Tutorials 6-8: Sound and Models Tutorials 9-10: Materials, Shaders, Transparency, Reflection Tutorial 11: Intro to Particles Tutorial 12: Heat Haze Tutorials 13-14: Spectator, Character Controller Tutorials 15-17: Animation, Sky, Collision, and Raycasting ---------------------------------------------------------- You have to log into the BMax section of Leadwerks to get them. Basically, I squeaked a bit over at the Leadwerks forums that the BMax users were letting the side down, etc. Anyway, somebody called "Foolish" converted the tutorials to BMax. Hurrah! I've not got much time to look them over, so I suggest a few of you split them up between you and check them out. I'm downloading Episodes From Liberty City and will be tied up until Autumn - taking into account the World Cup too. |

It is good to see Josh isn't neglecting the BMax market, even though he has said in the past it doesn't account for many of his users. |

113 LE users (so far) have voted in a poll as to their main weapon of choice: C/C++ (58 votes [51.33%] BlitzMax (36 votes [31.86%] The rest of the votes are diluted. Of course if there was a Blitz3D lib, then that vote would pretty much have gone 65%+ Blitz3D. |

yeah..make a pool how many games is near to completion and what language is used and lemme know percentage results ;) its going to be something like C/C++ 5% BlitzMax 95% :) |
