Is there some code lying about where I can specify a filename and a directory and the code will return a list of all files that match it below that directory level?

Surely I don't have to code my own for this?

here, I spent hours and hours of precious life searching the code archives for this lol ;)

it was under "file utilities" and it was like the 10th bmx one down lol but it does look promising

I used code like this to create a program which spawns naughty .ico files to every folder on the harddrive.
