It's not that odd of a question -- I find 19 files named module.psdef across my own blitzmax module folder.
That said, opening one they appear to be XML files containing the following string: <!-- This module definition was created by Project Studio 2007 Express -->
for the most part it seems to contain function definitions and variable types used in the C snippets, probably a left-over ot whomever edited the C files in question with Project Studio?
