What version of MySQL client? I've been testing 5.0 client library against a 5.1 database okay.

No problems here. Is it possible they aren't using the latest svn version of blitzmax? I thought you made adjustments to it in order to get it to work with the svn version since there were issues for people who had the latest changes mark made. Using on WinXP and remote dedicated Win2k3 64bit servers, with no issues.
