Anyone wrote anything that uses the Flickr API? I'm not so interested in building the API into my code but I'd be interesting to be able to hit Flickr from my programs... maybe there's a module? -pmc

There's a web-based API, but it looks kind of complicated. Lots of keys and auths and secrets required. Never used Flickr personally. Is it popular?

Very popular. Check out these sites that leverage the API. Very cool stuff. I don't do web development, but I thought it'd be neat to leverage the capability in Bmax to create some toys. But I'm out of my depth. http://labs.ideeinc.com/multicolr/ http://www.taggalaxy.de/ -pmc

Wow. I had no idea that you actually turned that around so quickly. I'm amazed that you actually produced something almost faster than I could check in to see if there was a response to my initial question! Bravo. Now I feel somehow obligated to actually use it for something. :) -pmc
