Unfilled/filled shapes

Can people comment on these functions collated from various threads and codearchives? I realise there are other ways of doing this but they all use native Bmax commands which is why I selected them over other methods. If you have reasons why another method should be used then please give reasons
Cheekily called them 'ce_' for Community Edition so hope people don't mind.

Seem fine to me. I have my own ccDrawRectOutline but that one seems more advanced.

Yeah, I think I posted the wrong one. Can't think why I would use drawpoly rather than call drawrect.

There are `okay` but you can switch off polygon filling so that all rendering draws outlines, with one or two simple instructions. I forget what they are but it's been mentioned before.

@ImaginaryHuman, yes you are right for OGL but it's not so easy for DX hence
