I'm creating an animation module, and I need to test a simple sample. please, if you want to lend a hand, you can download this little sample application here http://www.blide.org/lumt1.rar This rar contains 3 exes. I need to see performance (FPS) on the 3 files. mine 10: 1600 100: 365 1000: 47 |

10 = 1200 100 = 760 1000 = 105 This was all on my Vista set-up in my sig. |

Hello. 10=1840 100=670 1000=85 Windows XP Intel xtreme two core 3'3 GHz. 2Gb RAM NVidia GeForce 6800 GPU Bye, Paposo |

2,780 FPS at 10 930-960 FPS at 100, after an initial period of fluctuating from 500-900. 146 FPS at 1,000 AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4600+ 2 gigs of RAM NVIDIA GeForce 7900GS SpaceAce |
| ||
10 = 2700 +/- 50 100 = 660 +/- 20 1000 = 80 +/- 1 Interesting variation. While I beat all bar SpaceAce at 10, all bar Manel beat me at 1000... |

10 = 2375 - 2443 100 = 596 - 606 1000= 70 - 79 Athlon64 3500+ GeForce 6600GT, Dx9c |
| ||
10 = 1050 +/- 100 100 = 300 +/- 10 1000 = 39 +/- 1 WinXP SP2, 512MB DDR, Geforce4TI 4200 128MB (8x), DX 9c (but i assume u're using OpenGL?!) NVidia Settings: Optimised for Quality, AA & AF controled by App |

10 = 3400-3700 100 = 870-910 100 = 113 |
| ||
10=1500 100=370 1000=60 |

10 = 3400 100 = 1000 1000 = 135 Windows XP AMD 3400+ 1GB RAM GForce 6800GS |

Many thanks, this was a stress test for the module I'm working on now. I'm gladd to see most users are over 60 fps in all versions (except H&K, I wonder why...?) @insomnia: No it is using DX7. I think using DX9 would be faster, but I'm not sure how stable is the third party DX9 engine. Thanks a lot to everyone. I'll post more info about this module as soon as it begins to see the light. |
