Do any of the IDE replacements knocking about feature short-cut code entry?

Something like:

fe [followed by special key sequence like Ctrl+SPACE]

which produces

Function ()
  'code
End Function

I suffer from RSI after some time programming.
Anything which reduces the amount of keyboard bashing is welcome.

Ideally, I would like to be able to define a shortcut and the code which should spit out into the ide (nicely formatted with the cursor placed correctly ready for action too) ...

You could just edit the Max IDE source code to have a shortcut option.
