I would like to be able to purchase an annual support license from Blitz Research.

The time I currently wait for my peers to answer costs money (Very appreciative of this help) this I feel would be better off spent talking to the developers directly.

Does anyone else have any views on this?

Actually they could rake in the money from this if all the professional developers paid X hundred a year, but support can also be hell (I managed a firm with a helpdesk or 9 years).

I agree it would be a good idea, however it's more important to keep BRLs developers developing IMHO. Ideally BRL should HIRE someone else to do professional support.
