MaxGui: Change HOTKEY texts?

| Hello! I'd just like to change the Hotkey text from "Ctrl+key" to "Strg+key". As Strg means Ctrl in German. So my users aren't confused (not all of them speak English I fear). Is this possible at all? Is there a way for BRL to make some kind of "switch" for this. So German users can change that and don't have to mess around in the source code?
