[MaxGUI] ComboBoxText() Needed

| Hi Everyone, For some time now this function has been missing from the command set and in my opinion, it is quite important. Max supports the use of editable List Boxes (also called ComboBoxes) however you can't find out the value of the text typed into them - pretty pointless eh?!?!? In the MaxGUIWin32Driver Module help page, v1.12 (the latest version) reports that bbComboBoxText() was added, but I can't find anyway to use it and there doesn't appear to be any reference to this in the Linux/Cocoa MaxGUI drivers. Please could Skid/Mark add this to the next update - it's something quite a few GUI based apps need... I know there are workarounds - I've seen custom functions for Windows but ideally we want a multi-platform official one that is part of the MaxGUI package.
