Was gnet, the original matchmaker ever ported to bmax?

The one where you can list your servers on the blitz site with a single function call and the client can retrieve a list of servers and the game names?

And if it was, was that annoying slowdown bug ever fixed? I recall talk of someone fixing it but I don't recall it ever being released.

I used this for my game, theres some problems that I fixed (in comments).

Not sure about the slowdown bug though, try it out.

Yes, this guy was me (and Progi1984)!! I have a version of gnet running without any slow down, using the ETNA library (see my sig for details). This is very simple to use, and presents no slow down at all. This works for BlitzMax (windows only) and other Blitz (3D, Plus, 2D).
Since you are asking :-), I will release this ETNA-gnet very soon, before this week-end. Stay tune!
