libpng Warning

Hi, I'm frequently getting this warning: 'libpng Warning: Incomplete compressed datastream in iCCP chunk' Does anyone know what its caused by - is it the way I'm saving PNG's or seomthing? Thanks for any help

I've never experienced this, but you could try using the latest version of libpng and see if that helps (remember to back up first).

Lots of hits on google with lots of suggestions it's a libpng issue. There's a pngtest.png in the libpng.mod directory. Try with that. Basically if it's only your pngs affected then it's probably how your saving them.

I get that with pngs saved from Photoshop 5.5, I guess the lib max uses is a newer version and my PS is out of date.

yeah older PNG's do that in Bmax.

And in everything else. Get IrfanView. That'll save PNGs properly, and has a handy "batch conversion" tool.
