Upload archives using FTP

Hello Somebody knows some example in blitzmax to upload archives using FTP? In blitz3d there are several codes, but I am not able to pass them to .bmax because I do not dominate the network programming. I know this link http://www.blitzmax.com/Community/posts.php?topic=51573&hl=ftp I suppose that with that code we can login to the ftp server. With "GET" and "PUT" I believe that archives can be upload and be download. I hope that somebody can help me. Thanks. PD: i need some code example :(
