PS, were looking for max users and linux users to get involved as i would like the project compiled for those platforms.

registered to download and could not get it.

when I would click download it would take me back to another main screen as visitor

There is a direct download link in the showcase thread, I will have to lok into the site database and see if I can track down that error/bug you had.
