Mark has written a small update on Max's 3D engine for the new newsletter, which will be sent out Sunday (UK time).

Dear Mr. Sibly. I was just wondering what the status is on the Windows version of regular BlitzMAX. Features, Release Date, Price etc. I have a number of interested parties who are reluctant to buy it sight unseen, even (or perhaps particularly) with my recommendation.

The price will be the same as the 'Mac edition', since one license = all 3 versions of 'Max.

Latest newsletter says that the current beta will be the last one. It doesn't say if that's the current public beta or not though.

I have received the Newsletter but there's no 3D module available for download. Do you know when will it be posted?

i dont think it is nowhere near ready yet :( I dont mind that it is not near ready, but just would like to know more or less when :)
