Rotate Bones/Joints/Animation?

I have an animated model but unfortunately miniB3D seems like to load it with the front facing backwards, Is there anyway to rotate the bones/joints/animations along with the mesh? |

I think that the easiest way is to assign the mesh to a pivot, rotate the mesh, then use the pivot to move the mesh. |
