Sent this to simon, but maybe someone can help me track it down and sort it out for him.

EntityTexture seems to shift the texture left (negatively along x) about 20% of it's width. LoadTexture doesn't seem to be the cause as that's used by other functions which texture things properly (LoadSprite, LoadMesh on a textured mesh, etc.). I took a look but I never really got my brain around brushes in bmax so I'm doubly lost at where it goes from there...

Sure it's not a problem with your model UVs? Haven't got the same problem here.
