EDIT: False alarm - the result of bad mouse input. Wish I could delete my own post... :(

I'm finding that camera movement is really shaky when I test on computers other than my laptop. The movement code in my test program is just a copy of the ones that came in the samples, so I decided to test those as well and sure enough, they have the same issue. The problem is particularly noticeable when strafing and turning at the same time; trying to keep an object centered in view. It really looks hideous, but the same program is really smooth on my laptop.

Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know what causes it and/or how to solve it?

[LOL - i really should read things properly..meh, im half asleep anyway] ;)

Its possible this is just a precision timer issue - ive noticed this with some games since i built my new system - AMD dual core... This was corrected by downloading something called the AMD Optimizer from
the AMD site.. might help if your system has an AMD
processor..
