We are proud to present you :

http://www.minib3d.com

This is a wiki site espacially made for minib3d. Thankfully this was made possible by the user Ironstorm who is prpviding the webspace and the domain. Currently the feature list and content is a bit small but this will change during the next days and weeks. At least you will already find
the up to date versions of simonhs minib3d and my extended version. Also you will find some links to GLSL tutorials.
In the near future there will be a command reference, Tutorials etc.

Target of this wiki is to center the versions on one site everyone could easily remember.

I hope you will enjoy visiting it .

cheers klepto2

PS: Thx again to Ironstorm (a very big thx)

Nice work. :)

Looks nice.
No "Recent changes" in the navigation box?

deps(Posted 2007) [#6]
After some digging on the interwebs, I found out that this shows recent changes:
http://minib3d.com/doku.php?do=recent

Lists like this is important to me since they show whats hot and active on a Wiki. :)

Excellent !!! Thanks

klepto2(Posted 2007) [#8]
Small update :)
As you may have noticed, minib3d.com wasn't frequently updated the last months. Fortunatly this has changed the last week and currently Ironstorm adds the detailed description for the command reference.

Also there is a new sections called Tutorials seperated in standard and extended Version.

Special thx to Ironstorm and his brother for keeping the site alive :) .

The Wiki looks good, but I suppose you should know that it's been marked by McAfee as an unsafe site.

It's got a red rating which is the worst rating you can get at McAfee.

Here is the site report, perhaps you can do something about it.

Simply awesome!!
Are there any plans to make "CaptureWorld" work soon?
is there a way to effectively implement "CaptureWorld" without the function?
Thanks!

Midimaster(Posted 2010) [#14]
It looks like the link to the WIKI ...

http://www.minib3d.com

...is broken. Does somebody know anything about this?

Robert Cummings(Posted 2010) [#15]
still broken

ima747(Posted 2010) [#16]
Just noticed these posts. Seems to work for me... maybe just server outage?

lodger(Posted 2011) [#17]
Just noticed: here in germany navigating to www.minib3d.com shows a "domain just registered" message by "1blu". Is the project gone now?!

ima747(Posted 2011) [#18]
Looks like the hosting has been abandoned.

lodger(Posted 2011) [#19]
Is there a way to get the last release (0.53) of the standard edition from another website? If it's just a matter of hosting the website, would it help if I could provide webspace?

EDIT: just found the last release in the top thread of this board. Still, if there is anything I can do to help with the original minib3d.com website, just let me know.

If minib3d was hosted on googlecode, which is free, a wiki could be incorporated into the website as well. This would also help everyone contribute more in the source code as well as the documentation.

Yep, someone just needs to make it and own it. Add a few of us as admins as well.
I also vote for googlecode. it's not the prettiest thing, but it won't be going anywhere and I find it easier than github.

I know the latest smallfix version is on the google "assimp", but I think minib3d should get it's own.

EDIT: Ah! I see simon set one up (i'll email him):

i have no problem hosting it, after all i for the most part own my own website co and am already hosting a plethora of other businesses.

kfprimm(Posted 2011) [#23]
I think GitHub will work better for the MiniB3D community because everyone will have their own repo and can pull from others that make the changes they'd like.

This way, they are no issues as to whose changes get pulled into the master branch.

Simon already has an account and repo (though no code),
https://github.com/simonh/minib3d

We ought to get him to commit the latest version, and go at it from there.

simonh(Posted 2011) [#24]
OK, I've committed V0.54 to GitHub:

https://github.com/simonh/minib3d

I'll start a topic for it.

AdamRedwoods(Posted 2011) [#25]
Github should be fine. I thought some people may want the wiki with GoogleCode, but I'm open to finding a home for a wiki instead. Thoughts?

kfprimm(Posted 2011) [#26]
GitHub wiki? Simon would need to enable it.

An example,
https://github.com/kfprimm/maxb3d/wiki

As long as you have an account, you have a GitHub account you can edit the wiki.

simonh(Posted 2011) [#27]
OK I've enabled the wiki:
