Samples don't run

Hello all,

I just downloaded MiniB3D. I realize that MiniB3D might not be at a "production" level yet, but the demos included should work, right? I keep getting "Unable to calculate tex size" errors on every Load Mesh or Load Texture command. Also, after removing all of these from the code, all I see is a blank screen. Am I missing some other component. I am using the latest BMAX version.

ok.

1. make sure you unzip the entire directory (in winxp you can browse the zip file without unpacking it)

2. MiniB3D uses OpenGL. make sure your vidcard supports OpenGL

3. loadmesh and load texture load the models and the inages so a without these, the screen would be blank.

Hi again,

Yes, I unzipped the whole thing.
Yes, my vid card supports OpenGL.
Actually, I didn't remove ALL load mesh commands, just the ones that caused errors, so I think I should've seem something, even if it was an untextured object.

Which is thread 4? Can you provide a link?

On second thought, maybe my vid card doesn't support OpenGL :), but I will check out the thread anyway.

what vidcard do you have. what are your PC specs?
