Hi all,

So I've tried Blitz before and returning back to put up some demos again. I see a lot has changed since then.

So I was wondering what is the difference between the now open source MiniB3D and Blitz3D, feature wise and other aspect?

Thanks.

The main difference is that Blitz3D uses Directx 7, and MiniB3D uses OpenGL.

Another difference is that MiniB3D works on Mac and Linux :-)

And some commands from Blitz3D are missing in miniB3D, Aligntovector for example. The new OpenB3D fork supports shaders and stencil shadows, we're still hunting bugs but it looks promising as a potent successor of vanilla miniB3D.
