GUI designer for the Mac?

Hi everyone! is there a gui designer similar to the one in Xcode for blitzmax? It takes up too much time and effort just to do simple tasks such as designing the interface of an application. Suggestions anyone? Please? Maybe a gui designer for MaxGUI? Thank you very much!
