Only change Tooltip of a listbox item?

Hi!

Can someone provide a simple function (cross-platform) that just changes the tooltip of a given listbox item while leaving the rest (icon, text, flags) intact! = a ModifyGadgetItem() function only for tooltips.

As I remember someone did one a long time ago. But I can't find it here. :(

Thanks for that. I'm trying to iron out the issue you've reported on PRP.
