Is there any way to add checkbox icons to listbox items and detect changes in their states?

Maybe you can fake it with an icon image, and toggle on a double-click or something?

For the original listbox i think, you can't. There was a listview in the latest Logic Gui which may does what you are looking for. You could maybe also try the Listview by GhostDancer. Haven't tested that one yet but it seems good. *Click* *Click*
