ModifyTreeViewNode() doesn't work?

I'm trying to update the GadgetText of a TreeViewNode with ModifyTreeViewNode(). But nothing happens. Do I need to call some other functions afterwards or what? Edit: Never mind. Topic can be removed. It does work.
