Resizable panels/canvases/whatever?

Ok, I don't know what the gadgets I need to refer to are called, so I'm at a bit of a loss, but here goes: Is it possible in MaxGUI to make and/or use gadgets like the bars between parts of a window in an application that allow someone to grab and drag them to resize the parts of the window on each side of (or above and below) the bar? The best example I can think of is a mail program like Thunderbird where you have the window split for the different sections. Thanks for any help. My brain is a little foggy today :P MadCat13

Think they're called 'Splitters' and I use LogicGui to do them. I don't think you can do them in native MaxGui.
