FMod: Issue with TFMODTag and German Umlauts

Hello!

When I'm reading the tag id from an internet stream that includes German Umlauts (e.g. "ä","ö","ü") I get a "?" as output char instead.

Any workarounds? - Or is this a limitation of the engine?
