Frame independent Chipmunk Physic Egine

I wrote a space shooter game with Chipmunk Physics Engine
It Works well, but I want to write this for multiplayer mode.
Knows anybody a way to write this frame independent (I don't know if this is the right word)

I think the probleme is in this funtion
