MathToolkit Compile Errors

Hello, I just put the right bmk and its files in place (Bruceys BMK) and built the changes from the last few days. No problems there. Hmm. You are right. I was pretty sure I re-built all the Boost related modules... I guess that wasn't the case.

Fixed. I didn't notice this API change in the Boost release notes... hmm...
