If anyone asks why I wrap modules, that answer is that I've obviously got masochistic tendencies.

On a brighter note, 5 or so lines of code fixes an issue I've spent *several* hours trying to solve.

Fun fun :-)


Note : "several" implies multiple stints over different days... you know... you sit with it for a couple of hours one day, then again a few days later.. etc...

We thought about starting a swear jar here too but then I realized that you have to have the income to support it...LOL

sounds like me when I'm trying to integrate just about anything into my insane relational tilemap system LOL

Is there anything that could be changed in the blitzmax language that would make these things easier?

Sure. If BlitzMax was C++ there wouldn't be a problem at all :-)

Otherwise, there'll always be interesting episodes moving around between one language and another. Most of the time, things are quite predictable... fortunately (for my sanity).
