| The library files of SVN wxmax is much larger than last release. (14M vs 9M for libwxmsw**_core.a) It becomes a pain to rebuild applications because linking costs much more time than before. I just wonder, will replacing the static libraries with shared ones help reduce the linking time? (I tried using a precompiled shared wx2.8 for 1.01, but it didn't work) |

| I tried using a precompiled shared wx2.8 for 1.01, but it didn't work Because 1.01 is wxWidgets version 2.8.x and SVN is 2.9.x. There's quite a lot different in 2.9.x than 2.8. I hadn't noticed the linking was taking any longer than before... |
